TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Welcome non-alcoholic drink on arrival.
• Child between 06-12 years or 02 children below 06 years free sharing bed with parents (age proof required).
• One rollaway bed would be provided for extra adult.
• The above rates are denoted in indian rupees and subject to applicable taxes.
• Extensions will be on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms and prevailing tariff rates.
• All bookings confirmed subject to availability of rooms and on receipt of full payment before check-in. 
• The bookings are on non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
• Standard check-in time is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00hrs.
• Late check-outs will be permitted subject to availability of rooms and on payment of extension charges.
• Single occupancy is 90% of double occupancy.
• All bookings and stays are subject to the terms and conditions determined by the management from time to time.
• Indian nationals to present an id proof (driving licence, pan card, voter id) and foreign nationals have to present their passport and visa details at check-in.
• The management shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, accident, injury or ill health that might happen during the stay due to factors beyond the management’s control. Any insurance claims pertaining to theft, injury or medical reimbursement has to be within the jurisdiction of the nilgiris.
• The management reserves the right to add, alter, and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Two bottles of mineral water in the room on a daily basis.
• Well furnished suite rooms with LED TV, 24-hour hot water, and hair dryer. 
• Tea/Coffee makers with replenishment once a day on a daily basis.
• WI-FI connectivity (connectivity vouchers available at reception).
• Badminton court.
